Directions
Bath: add 250g Magnesium Flakes (roughly two cups) per bath. Lie back and relax for 20 minutes. Footbath: add 150g Magnesium Flakes (roughly one cup) to approximately five litres of water, enough to cover the feet. Sit and relax for 20 minutes. It is recommended to take a magnesium bath two to three times a week.

Provided that it is within 30 days of your order, the product is unopened and with a sufficient expiry date, you can return your product to us with a note of your order ID and an explanation of the reason for your refund request to the following address:
